How does delivery work?
We have spent 30+years in the building merchants industry, building partnerships with the UKs best Manufacturers and Suppliers of Building Materials.
This means your order is sent directly from our trusted suppliers' warehouses to you, ensuring faster delivery and a wider product range.
You will receive information on your delivery once your order has been dispatched.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times can vary depending on the product and supplier. You can find an estimated delivery timeframe on each product page.
We will keep you updated with an estimated delivery date once your order has been placed.
What is your returns policy?
Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind.
If you wish to return a non-faulty item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item within a further 14 days.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Can I return a "Made to Order" item?
Unfortunately, no. Items that are custom-made or produced specifically for your order, such as our concrete coping stones, are non-returnable.
Please double-check your measurements and order details carefully before purchasing these items.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, most of our products come with a manufacturer's guarantee, which we will always honour as per our Terms & Conditions.
