Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that return addresses will vary depending on the materials purchased.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Where goods are damaged in transit, we may request photographic evidence of the item and packaging before arranging a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged, including goods that are made to order or produced specifically for your order. This includes products such as concrete coping stones and other bespoke or special-order materials.
These items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
We also do not accept returns for:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that delivery access is suitable and that someone is available to accept the delivery where required.
If a delivery fails due to circumstances outside of our control — including but not limited to:
- Refused deliveries
- No one available to accept delivery where required
- Inaccessible delivery locations
- Incorrect delivery information provide
— the order may be returned to the supplier.
In such cases, restocking fees, return carriage costs, or redelivery charges may be deducted from any refund to cover the costs incurred.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
