Pyramid Lantern

Installation Guidance – Pyramid lanterns are designed to sit on a fully weathered and insulated builders upstand.

Flat roofs should incorporate a slight pitch to encourage effective rainwater drainage.

For the most balanced appearance, we recommend constructing the upstand level. The system can accommodate pitches of up to 5°, although steeper pitches may affect the symmetry of the lantern.

How to measure – Measure the external dimensions of the finished builders upstand.

Acceptable tolerance: rooflight size +20mm / -0mm.

Clear – Maximises natural daylight and is supplied as standard.

Blue – Helps reduce solar gain and glare, making it ideal for brighter spaces.

Laminated – Recommended where enhanced protection beneath the rooflight is preferred.

Toughened – A practical choice for many installations where laminated glass is not required.
