Please do not book any work to be carried out until your order has been received in full. We cannot be held responsible for any delays to due to 3rd party couriers. 

We operate on a direct-to-site delivery model, meaning your order is dispatched directly from our trusted manufacturer or supplier to your delivery address. This allows us to offer a wider product range while maintaining efficient and reliable delivery.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times can vary depending on the product and supplier. You will find an estimated delivery timeframe on each product page. Once you have placed your order, we will keep you updated with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your basket and your location.

Access Restrictions:

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us at the time of ordering if there are any access restrictions at the delivery address (e.g. narrow roads, weight limits, height restrictions, or limited access for large vehicles), as this could impact the cost of your delivery.

Failure to do so may result in failed delivery charges, redelivery fees, or additional costs.

Tracking:

Where available, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey.

Please check your order in its entirety at the point of delivery to ensure all items have been received as expected.
