Secure Connections:
The 87mm diameter (top end) is designed to fit snugly over an 87mm outlet or the male (spigot) end of a standard 1m or 3m downpipe.
The 85mm diameter (bottom/male end) is a spigot end, designed to fit securely inside the plain end of another downpipe section or into the top end of another bend.
Enhanced Security: For optimal security and a watertight joint, it's recommended to use a self-tapping screw or rivet (not provided, but widely available) to fix the connection where the pipe meets the bend.
