Description
Promseal is a one-part, water-dispersed acrylic sealer designed to cure, harden and protect concrete surfaces. Supplied in a 1-litre bottle, it is ideal for sealing GRC promenade tiles, concrete paving and similar porous surfaces where improved durability and reduced dusting are required.

Important Information
Promseal will change surface slip resistance. Always test on a small area first or request a half-sealed sample if unsure.
Can only be applied to surfaces that are fully dry.
Not suitable for previously sealed surfaces.
Avoid application during extreme temperatures (below 5°C or above 30°C) or if rain is expected within 24 hours.
Wear protective gloves and goggles during use.
Application Instructions
- Ensure the surface is completely dry, clean and free from dust or loose material.
- Confirm weather conditions — no rain for 24 hours.
- Shake bottle well.
- Apply with a soft brush, brushing until the liquid turns clear and avoiding pooling in textured troughs.
- Typically applied as a single-coat system.
- Allow to dry before walking on the surface.
- Clean tools immediately with water and detergent.
