Description
The Corotherm 16mm Triplewall Clear Polycarbonate Sheet (6000mm length) is the ultimate choice for large-scale roofing projects where maximum coverage and minimal joins are required. Perfect for conservatories, carports, pergolas, greenhouses, walkways, lean-tos, and other extended structures, this 6m length provides a professional, seamless finish across even the widest spans.
Despite its impressive size, the sheet remains lightweight, strong, and easy to handle. It withstands snow and wind loads of 0.6kN/m², while delivering excellent thermal insulation to create bright, comfortable, and energy-efficient spaces. Its clear finish ensures outstanding light transmission, allowing natural daylight to flood in while maintaining weather protection.
These sheets are available with a cut-to-size option, ensuring precise coverage tailored to your project. Installation is simple using a proprietary glazing bar system, secured at the top with glazing bars or wall flashings, and fixed at the bottom with a single fixing button. With 20mm edge engagement and flutes running lengthways, the sheets must be installed in line with the roof slope or pitch for maximum strength.
To maintain long-term safety and performance, glazing bars should not exceed a maximum spacing of 1050mm, as larger spans could risk dislodgement in heavy snow or high winds.
