Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product isn't quite right, and we're here to help.

Eligibility: Under the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind. To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your intent to return a non-faulty item within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returns Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been delivered.

Made to Order Items

Certain items, such as our concrete coping stones, are considered 'made to order' or are produced specifically for your project. As a result, these items are non-returnable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. We advise you to double-check your measurements and order details carefully before purchasing.
